• INTERIOR DESIGN AND DECORATING – Master Homes can arrange for a professional design service to help you deal with a variety of custom home choices. We can assist you with room layout, moulding design, lighting, color coordination, paint and wallpaper selection, and much more.



• LANDSCAPING – Master Homes can arrange for a landscaping service that will plan in-ground sprinkling systems and design a professionally landscaped environment. In some cases, the cost of landscaping can be built into the mortgage. In addition, at closing you will receive a warranty binder that includes a complete list of the subcontractors and products used in your custom home.
